Backlog: The best way to manage your projects. Wiki, tasks, files all in one place. This is like taking good parts of JIRA and Trello, combined into one tool. You can start for free.

Square: You might have already used Square before – but the company offers a wide range of payment solutions to get your business off the ground, from card payment to invoice to ecommerce.

Business idea “EmpLive”: Real Estate Agent for Global Companies.

Problem

For expats living & working in a foreign country, finding the best house is challenging.

This is a problem for companies too, because they want to offer their employees the best environment for productivity.

Solution

EmpLife is a real estate service specifically for expats and their employers, taking care of house searches, contracts, and moves.

It provides both short stays (monthly) and relocations (yearly). For companies, it provides a dashboard to manage processes and payments.

Validation

Corporate travel services are already popular: TravelPerk, Egencia are a few examples. [1] [2]

They integrate with company policy and easy-to-use dashboard for HR to attract B2B clients. EmpLive does the same for sublets.

Competition

There are sublet services already available: Airbnb for Business is a good example (they offer employee relocation services too). [3]

EmpLive has a unique edge with local-based operations and wider inventory.

Business Model

EmpLive either makes money through a commission upon successful relocation or a monthly subscription model for large companies.

It’s a great business as it generates stable revenue compared to B2C real estate agents.
