Inexperienced hiring managers often cause troubles – asking improper questions to interviewees, making biased hiring decisions, and worse, damaging company brands that’d reduce overall application volumes in the long term.

However, hiring training costs much.

Shadow offers a solution for companies trying to improve their hiring experience. Hiring managers can record their interviews (upon candidate approval) and upload it to Shadow.

Using machine learning and best practices Shadow gives them feedback on what to improve.

For instance, many hiring managers decline candidates due to “culture fit,” but that’s typically a signal of broken process or unconscious bias (multiple studies proved that humans are naturally biased).

Shadow would suggest asking specific questions and assessments instead of a gut feeling.

It also offers a company-wide reporting that helps identify where to improve based on the recordings and applicants’ feedback, such as response time, interview questions, and home assignment.
